Implementing the AirKeeping solution is a five step process.

Initial Needs Assessment.

  • An introductory meeting is held to establish potential fit, functionality and estimate of fees.

Comprehensive needs assessment. 

  • Interviews, discussions and a review of current business processes is conducted.  Optimal work flow is identified, key deliverables and functionality are identified.

Testing and Training:

  • The AirKeeping team will develop and present a working prototype.  Beta testing and on-site or virtual training troubleshoots the program and provids comfort that airport staff is comfortable with the functionality and required steps.

Go Live

  • AirKeeping experts will assist you through the go-live experience to insure a smooth transition from legacy systems.

Support and ongoing services.

  • Following a successful AirKeeping implementation, airport staff will understand the efforts and skillset necessary to maintain a proper AirKeeping accounting system.  AirKeeping prides itself on providing clients customized support and controllership services that are flexible and wide ranging.
